strategic arts leader | theatre scholar | artist
With over 25 years of experience leading creative teams across theatre, dance, and music, I bring a unique blend of artistic insight and strategic leadership to institutions navigating cultural change. As a Ph.D. candidate in Theatre at Florida State University, my research explores how anxiety, memory, and performance intersect during moments of social upheaval—offering frameworks for rediscovering theatre histories. Whether directing, managing, or designing productions, teaching, mentoring or consulting, I lead with clarity, compassion, and a commitment to human-centered innovation.
